Called CDS when my door stopped opening, they had someone there before end of day, didn't have an appointment and couldn't get one until 3 days later... explained my situation and they sent Loren to save the day. Door needed a new spring..he had what I needed in his truck and in less than an hour he had me up and running. Thank you Loren! You are very knowledgeable and you're super friendly and professional. I've been using the technicians from Country Door for many years. They have been consistently pleasant to work with - professional and efficient. Whether it has been an emergency fix for a broken cable, or replacing an opener, the job is done as if they were working on their own home. My garage doors were originally installed in 2017 and have been very happy with them. Recently one track anchor became loose where attached to the ceiling. A technician was at my house within a couple of hours and took care of it at no charge. That is going above and beyond since this is well past any warranty I would expect. I highly recommend them.
